1. How does my child apply to be part of the after school programs?

Go to the Application for Assistance and follow the instructions given.

2. How do I donate to Opportunities for Kids?

There are many ways that you can donate to O4K, including using PayPal. There are automatic giving programs that do not cost a cent, such as Albertsons Preferred Savings Card and eScrip. Go to the Donate page for further information.

3. How do I become a provider for Opportunities for Kids?

If you provide fun and healthy after school activities for kids you can register with O4K with our Online Registration Form. Once registered, we will provide direct payments to you to support children living in poverty level families.

4. What kinds of activities can my child participate in?

Your child can participate in the activity of their choice, including fine arts (painting, sculpting, photography, etc.), performing arts (dance, drama, music, etc.), sports (soccer, basketball, football, cheerleading, gymnastics, etc.), and learning and tutoring programs.

5. How do we find these activities?

You can look at O4K’s Registered Provider page to locate someone in your area that is already providing the activities you're looking for.
