Dennis David is the Executive Director and co-founder of Opportunities for Kids. For his ten years of service as the Executive Director of Fallbrook Youth Scholarships he was the recipient of the 2008 David Chow Foundation Humanitarian Award. He has been the owner of a landscape company for thirty years, and, prior to that, he was Director of Government Relations and Racing for Kawasaki Heavy Industries in the United States. He attended the University of Southern California (Mathematics), University of California Los Angeles (Business Law) and California State University Long Beach (Business Administration). He served four years on the Board of Trustees of The Hilltop Center in Fallbrook, California (two as President) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Trojan Football Alumni Club. His fundraising experience began in 1994 when he served as the Chairman of Fundraising for USA Gymnastics to send the Fallbrook Gymnastic Club to the 10th World Gymnaestrada in Berlin Germany. He has been an active professional musician for most of his life. He lives in Fallbrook, California with his wife Fumiko and pets Cookie, Chloe, and Felix.
